Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 kilo of free range chicken pieces
- 1 tablespoon of powdered vegetable stock
- ½ cup of water
Method
Combine all ingredients
Cook for 1 ½ hours in a casserole dish at 180 C
Serve with ½ cup cooked brown rice, ½ cup steamed mixed vegetables
