Also called niacin; nicotinamide (vitamin B3) is a water-soluble nutrient involved in energy production and carbohydrate metabolism. Legumes, peanuts, wheat bran, and fish are all sources of vitamin B3.

Dosage

Adults: General skin health - Take 1 capsule once a day. Targeted support - Take 2 capsules once a day.

Contraindications and cautions

Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours. The recommended duration of use of this product is three months.
