Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 1 clove of garlic
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 250g fresh fettuccine pasta
Method
Combine basil, garlic, cheese and oil in a blender or food processor
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until tender, then drain
Toss pesto through pasta and serve, topped with a sprinkling of shredded basil
