Additional information

Protein intake supports people engaged in regular exercise. It supports lean muscle mass, muscle strength, training performance and recovery after exercise. Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) is classed as a high quality protein and is one of the most digestible forms of protein available. It is a rich source of essential branched chain amino acids.

Magnesium supports energy production, healthy muscles and bones. Strenuous exercise may increase urinary and sweat losses of magnesium. People who exercise regularly should ensure adequate intake of magnesium. ProPower™ contains 150mg of magnesium per serve.

Antioxidants provide support during sudden increases in training which can result in a temporary increase in free radical production. ProPower™ contains Blackmores’nutrient rich antioxidant blend with Vitamins E and C, CoQ10 and pomegranate.

Dosage

Adults serving suggestion: Add 2 heaped scoops (approximately 45 g) to 250 ml of milk of your choice or water.

Shake thoroughly and enjoy!

Recommended consumption in one day: 1 serve.
