The Reader’s Digest survey, now in its tenth year, polled a representative sample of Australians, with over 750 respondents ranking brands on trust. Some of the feedback from recipients who took part in the survey included, “I have used Blackmores products for many years and trust them. Me and my family have gotten over many ailments with the help of these products,” said a female from Queensland.
“I have been taking their vitamins and pregnancy and breastfeeding vitamins for a few years now and in doing so have put my trust in them to help provide me with good health (and my unborn baby’s health),” stated a female from Victoria.
The survey showed that 86% of Australians believe trust is important when choosing a brand to buy. This belief should help Blackmores as it launches two new product ranges in June in the cold and flu category, and the sleep category.
